Thread: Jamie Hopcutt

    Jamie Hopcutt

A young English attacking midfielder who went from non league to play in Sweden as a teenager.
Got his team promoted to the top level there, scoring a hatful then broke his leg badly in his first game of the following season.
He's back now and has started scoring again, now he's 24. I wonder if he keeps scoring how long before someone takes a punt on him.
The Swedish top level has to be similar to league one or SPL in standard.

Can't see us taking that gamble, but I bet someone will if he keeps scoring.

This fella scored again the other day. He now has 6 goals and a red card from just under 180 minutes of football.

This fella just scored again, in the Europa league as Swedish minnows Ostersunds beat Galatasaray 2-0.

Ostersunds have a British manager as well, Graham Potter who is building a very good reputation.
I wouldn't be at all surprised if one or both of these are at championship level within the year.
