Reminds me of a Gren cartoon in the Sports Echo some time ago ( 1988, I think)
England rugby was on a high, their final game was against Wales at the old National Stadium, having won all previous games.
Wales were on the slide.
So, naturally, Wales won.
The cartoon was of an "Del Trotter" type on the phone, surrounded by England grand slam memorabilia.
