Speeding fine conundrum ?

The Cardiff alleged speeding offence was at 1.00AM, so no witnesses.
The second alleged offence was at 1.00pm on a weekday so the neighbours were out at work.

Can you be certain you car was on the drive at 1pm on the day you were at home?

I am hoping that when the photograph for that offence arrives it shows the driver so that I can prove that it wasn"t me.
