    Facebook

Ain't it about time they scrapped this shit? I had an account a few years ago, and couldn't believe the amount of information people give away to total strangers, even down to what they had to eat. And now it seems you got a new craze of people doing live videos including murders they've committed, and suicides amongst other things. Ain't it about time this hideous crap was booted into touch?

People were documenting murders long before Facebook. Blame the people not the tools.

Like you I had an account but have since deleted everything I ever posted and never go on there, I only have it to back games on my phone.
The genie's out of the bottle now though, you'll never stop it but certainly needs greater regulation imho, although I suspect that this will annoy CC somewhat.

I have to agree, also deleted my account. It seems to cater for people who cannot communicate verbally or face to face mind. American brainwashing crap for dimwits

I use it predominantly to keep in touch with friends and contact around the world, many of whom are ployglots - and they tend not to post photos of kittens and their evening meal.

He only had to ask, I could have given him a reference that would have gotten him considered .

Disgusting I call it. It's about time you polyglots were driven off the internet. One woman is enough for normal people.

Dai, how many fake Facebook profiles have you created to date? You must have nicked every photo of buxom, nubile 19-year-olds there is.

It's amazing how Zuckerburg came up with all these traffick analysis algorithms on his own, just because he wanted to date hot girls.

    Re: Facebook

It is not without irony that people on an internet message board are criticising Facebook.
However, the following type of Facebook posts do annoy me:

Nominating a group of other people to do a particular task.
Superficial maxims being passed off as wisdom.
Nom-nom shots (as I call them). Pictures of meals.
The 'I know which friends will re-post this message' messages
    Dogs and cats.
    Pouting young women.
    People videoing their good deeds.
