Microsoft have already patched this particular vunerability in a recent update. The NHS trusts haven't updated, so this ransomware has made it in.

I was all up to date when I noticed the problem but had no idea at the time it was the update, I was slagging my son in law off for making some dodgy xbox live connection and blaming him for it all.
