Even with Adblock running in the background on my iPhone, every so often over the last couple of days when using to ccmb it suddenly redirects to the above site but ad blocker stops it loading.

Agreed with Terence for the first time ever. Even with Adblock there's this one ad that keeps redirecting. Perhaps it's linked to this NHS attack.

You should clear your blocked items and filter lists every now and then and block them again because new ads have been added, it can sometimes stop it working properly, dunno if that will fix this problem but it's worth doing anyway.

Go on options on adblock, it should open up a page with the lists of things you block, I just remove mine and start afresh so it's blocking all the new ads, not 100% sure if it's the same on a phone though.

I just googled that link and it looks like the advertising banner on a mobile, do you have the 'block element' option on a phone? try blocking it yourself, if that does not work then I have no idea.
