Burslem is a multicultural area of Stoke-on-Trent with a significant Asian population.

Manchester United are situated in old trafford part of the metropolitan borough of Manchester

It could be argued that there a difference between the City of Stoke-On-Trent, the town of Burslem and the County Borough of Stoke-On-Trent, which they both represent a constituent part of. Not that I'm an expert. It's just that I used to work with a Port Vale fan.
Port vale are usually referred to as the other Stoke side.
But I am not no expert either, its been a quieter than normal day.
Stoke isn't your typical city. It's about 8 distinct towns merged into one pretty shitty city. Vale fans pretty much come from burslem & to a lesser extent tunstall.
