Sounds like it may have been something to do with the railway near the arena.

At a concert full of kids ffs, absolute scum
All terrorist attacks are vile but this one is particularly unsavoury noting the amount of children there & the device detonating at around the time the concert finished. Many thousands of people went out last night to enjoy themselves but sadly at least 19 will not be returning home. My thoughts are with all of those affected by this.

I think it's very, very hard to stop something like this if someone is determined to commit such atrocities.

They want to put fear into people and intimidate them but they picked on the wrong city.
