Our young uns u10s beat Villareal 6-5 last night on their Valencia tour.

We've definitely got some good raw talent at the club and i know the results mean relatively little but I'm glad that there are some massive positives coming out of the academy at present.

We've definitely got some good raw talent at the club and i know the results mean relatively little but I'm glad that there are some massive positives coming out of the academy at present.

I'm wary of getting too ahead of myself when looking at youth performances because there is such a massive final step into the first team. However, the club seem to want to do far more to prepare the future batch of young players to take that step so hopefully we start to see the track that they can follow (as they can in Bilbao) into senior football.
