I thought this might stimulate some football debate.

    Incredible, Terry over Ferdinand

David Seaman the best ever British premier league keeper?

Lampard not even made their bench

Who writes these pieces for sky?

Ramsey instead of Scholes or Gerrard? Lay off the turps it's only breakfast time.

Ahead of Vieira, Silva, Lampard, Yaya Toure, Xabi Alonso, Mascherano, Makelele and at least a dozen others?

Don't talk rubbish, he wouldn't even make arsenal's alltime premier league team, as much as I love him.

That team looks fair to me. Southall was before the premier league. As was Gascoigne in his prime.

Strange article though. Why make it an 'alltime' (ie last 25 years) team when the Lions is current?

Premier League started in 1992, "OUR NEV" was with Everton till about 1999, so 1999 minus 1992= 7 years played in the prem.

As for Rambo, if he is played in his prefered further forward position (&with better players around him), as was seen in the Euro finals, he is a more accomplished player (+ I likes him better than all the others)

Lampards not even on the bench and Fletcher has only been put in there as a token gesture to Scotland.

I'm assuming the Fletcher on the bench is Darren Fletcher because they had to include a jock?

You honestly think that Nev deserved to get into that team post 1990!

You honestly believe that "Halfway line Seaman (twice)deserves to be in that team.

    It's about opinions

Re: Football equivalent of the British Lions?

Your video doesn't work. Even if i concede that he blew up a bit later, he was nowhere near the keeper he was in the 80s yet i don't expect you to admit that.

You'll be wanting Paul Bodin in there next.
