She spoke in public three times yesterday and all of those appearances were typical May. The one after seeing the Queen was okay I suppose because she said what she had to and was allowed to leave it at that. However, the one after that (following criticism within her party about her lack of contrition and sympathy for Tory MPs who had lost their seats apparently) was appalling as she answered every question by just saying the same things over and over again - even if she wants to change the way she is perceived, it's hard to see how she can do, because she just seems incapable of saying anything that comes close to empathising with the voters.
