McGregor has been granted a boxing license, to gain one of those you must be in decent health and have a level of boxing ability deemed worth of fighting in the professional ranks.

However its one thing being able to have a professional fight, its another to fight on of the best fighters of all time, but there is money in it so someone will host it and someone will sanction it.
