A Muslim on BBC news earlier began saying he blames the media for the amount of Islamophobia in Europe currently. And they play a big role in attacks like this one.
They cut him off within 5 seconds of him saying it.

Hopkins has tweeted that she is going to Finsbury Park to speak to victims, so they will have the opportunity to ask her about her Final Solution comment in person.

I'm ahead of uk time so when I first started looking there was no mention of a terrorist attack or it being considered a terorist attck.
I just thought it would be interesting to see if it was reported the same way as the others considering the leanings in the media etc. I still haven't seen the Jo Cox murder called a terrorist attack despite it being the definition of one.
Latest is that the driver "seems to have mental health issues".
It could be argued that perpetrators of this kind of act are not mentally stable period.

Islamophobic extremist terrorism is as disgusting as Islamist extremist terrorism & must be treated as such.
Reporting of this incident will have to be different as the culprit is still alive, so there will be a forthcoming trial.
Police are saying potential terrorist attack. I don't think they need to hedge their bets. Another horrible incident, and perhaps the start of an ugly escalation of revenge events.
