The guy is apparently from the rhondda.
I think it does because there islamic terrorist attacks are far, far more prevalent around the world.
They are carried out by men of asian origin.
Which is a bigger threat to UK citizens (of all religions and races), islamic terror or right wing terror?.
Granted there haven't been many islamic attacks in the UK, but there have been barely any right wing attacks.
I don't think it is the peoples fault for jumping to conclusions given the state of the world currently. There is not much to compare between islamic terror and right wing terror. The figures are not even close.
Two wrongs don't make a right and Jo Cox was a huge tragedy. But the media don't help as they do half of ISIS' job for them, spreading fear.
Just heard a conversation in a chip shop in Cardiff on this subject.
I mentioned that the guy was from south Wales
Chip shop lady 1: but I thought it was a terrorist
Chip shop lady 2: it was
CSL 1 : but he's white
CSL 2 : you can have white terrorists
CSL 1 : no, that's not terrorism, that's retaliation.
I should probably have challenged that attitude, but I bottled it and smiled politely and left.
Inshallah
