Dr WHO will be a full-veiled Muslim woman.

(Has anyone done that one before?)

You know what this means? Scatter cushions in the Tardis and the bog seat left in the down position.

I understand that this new appointment is causing heated discussion between the pros and the cons. What about the couldn't-give-a-flying-****s? How the Beeb gets away with showing a 3rd rate children's hour program at prime time on a Saturday night is one of the great mysteries of our age. Not a fan, and never was - even when I was a kid, and the program was in its proper 5:00 slot.
