Click on the 'Leagues' link, then 'Public' and I think the team leagues are listed from memory. Doesn't appear for me anymore as I've already joined one.

I've joined it. I meant the list of teams no longer appears for me anymore because I've joined the Cardiff league. So you should be able to join following instructions above.
