    Craig Noone

Plenty of transfer speculation stories today - some retreads (Burton), some new to me (Ipswich - to join Huws and Adeyemi) and some just ludicrous I hope (Birmingham - in a cash plus Cotterill deal)....

There seems to be consensus on a £500k valuation - but Burton have no money for fees like that (having splashed out their record £500k fee on now injured Liam Boyce), Ipswich are watching the pennies more than Cardiff, leaving the unsourced and most speculative Birmingham story.... as the only one where a reasonable fee might be extracted.

I'm sure he will leave, but I hope it is a permanent deal with a fee and some contract security for him - not a season loan to Burton with Cardiff paying part of his wages.

I can't see Cotterill adding anything to the squad as he is not even as good as the other options we have available and bearing in mind Harris will be fit in a couple of months.

500k is good value for noone, think we will find a buyer AAT that price.

Cotteril would be a waste of a salary though. No thanks

Cotterill? Christ we have promotion hopes here! He was absolutely dreadful last season, and his "performance" for Wales against Serbia was absolute shit.

I think that's lazy journalism. It quotes no sources and says it could be an option. Aprt from that the fact Cotterill and our fans have a hatred for each other, and he's the exact opposite of what Warnock looks for in a winger, it's a goer!

Craig Noone is a far better player than Cotterill, but unfortunately his time at City is at an end. Good luck to him!
