Being able to sort out tickets online using flexi ticket vouchers would help. What happens if you are in the ticket office queue 1.45hrs before kick off, 20 minute wait on a busy day and you don't make the 1.30hr deadline? Still a bit of thinking through needed on these flexi tickets but a step in the right direction and especially attractive for exiles or thise that work variable shift patterns.
