Made a stir fry with it this very evening. Delicious.

I don't actually follow it but from what I've seen about it and looking at what I eat I pretty much am, I take coconut oil and do my own diet, I've noticed I don't do so well when I have more bread or pasta so I'm guessing the rest of the diet works pretty well, tbh the oil has made me lose interest in food, I haven't eaten since I had my oil and banana when I got up this morning.

Well normally I have my dinner before now but I've been out, most days I have that in the morning and then have a salad or something at about 7pm, I don't have any cravings like I used to have, it's quite weird to have chocolate in the house and not want any.

Clubs will charge hundreds to their fans to watch a 'VR Season Package' where they can see every game from their living room as if they were there.
