Titan/screwfix petrol strimmer

Anybody know where I can get one serviced? The few places I've tried don't want to know unless the trimmer is a well-known brand...

I had this problem recently. Check the spark plug is not oiled up. Cleaned mine and it is fine now. Also stale fuel causes problems. Hope this helps.

I have a 2 stroke Titan with 3 attachments brush cutter/strimmer & hedge trimmer. My fuel mix ratio is 40:1. My engine will start at cold setting and cut out. I then adjust halfway between cold & hot setting and it seems to run ok, but will not tick over & has to be revved.

The reason they wont look at it is getting parts is probably a nightmare.
