    Shit happens.
Or is it because you think he's a rapist?
Because you're wrong and a jury and a judge has proven that.
    Great role model

Well done dad, shagging all those birds behind mams back. Round of applause.
No but it happened over 20 years ago so why give him grief every time I see him?

Same reason..why would you give Ched grief over him cheating on his girlfriend nearly 10 years ago?
That was his only crime, no? And it isn't a crime btw.

Did your dad cheat on your mum by never speaking a word to the girl he shagged, or her never saying a word to him?

You say that like its not a bad thing?

He took advantage of a drunk teenager in a Premier Inn in North Wales whilst in the middle of a long term relationship, yes his conviction was quashed but its still a pretty scummy thing to do

A good thing? No, absolutely not.
Is he guilty of the rape he was charged for? No.

Some say the girl took advatage of him.

Not a good situation all around, and lots of 'errors of judgement ' that evening.

By never speaking to him, she definitely took advantage of the situation. Also by not originally reporting the rape and then being portrayed as a slag and having to change her name, find a new life only for his mates to hunt her down and expose her. Yep, all her fault. That's all fact by the way, and admitted to by Chedwyn himself or the CPS.

Is what he did wrong morally? Yes, 100%

One of the best moments (Ramsey) of the season. He was more cardiff city than our club at that point.

Yeah I ignored the substitution too and was confused while others were applauding him.

So at the point he was playing against Cardiff City, and scoring against Cardiff City he was more Cardiff City then the club at that point? Nah, that doesnt make any sense sorry.

    None of which deserve applause.

Why applaud him? Whats he done to deserve applause?

Shagging your brothers missus, or your mates missus isnt a crime either but Giggs and Terry still had abuse for it. Why? because its scummy thing to do, and so is hiding in a cupboard waiting for your mate to bring home some drunken bird to take advantage of.

They are both Cardiff City legends. Whats Cheds connection with the club?

No connection with the club, just a connection with idiots who somehow think he's been hard done by.

It really was the most bizarre reaction.

Ched Evans was, at best, a mediocre striker in his day, his championship record isn’t even 1 in 4, he scored 1 in 13 for Wales. Whilst not guilty of rape, his actions that night were hardly worthy of applause. Add to that the fact that whenever he’s played against us previously, most notably when equalising for Sheffield United many years ago (one of his few championship goals) he certainly didn’t seem complementary towards us.

He's Welsh, so flipping what! He’s done nothing for his country, played no role in our recent success and thankfully is never likely to because he’s a useless footballer who isn’t fit to lace Simon Church’s boots let along Vokes, HRK, Ben Woodburn etc.

Many of our fans have had a thing about Evans for years, I’m fairly sure it dates back to his screamer for Norwich against us and the belief that, from that one moment alone, he’d be a good player for us to have signed. Well thankfully we didn’t, not because of the situation he got himself in to that night, but because he’s not a championship standard striker for a team with any level of ambition at this level. I’m not sure what was more odd, the applause last night or the fact that Sheffield United signed him.

Clear where Welsh fans sympathies and support lie from this demonstration.
    Wow! Fans actually applauded him?

I felt uncomfortable with the applause, it seemed as though we were congratulating him for not raping someone

Or rather, for not actually being found guilty of raping someone.

Fair point, but I still don't see the need for the applause either way
