If we sold him for say £20m and he has a fairly ok season in the Premier League and maybe a World Cup with Denmark his value will double so I say turn the £20 down, wait to see if we get promotion and if not we can sell him for just as much next year (or more if he gets 20 goals).
He would need a hell of a season to be worth £40 million in 12 months time.

If he scores say 12-15 goals for a Premier League team if he went this summer he would be easily worth that with a fairly decent World Cup. Money is only getting crazier in football.
Christ, Leeds were demanding 25m for Wood and as much as I like him as a player he doesn't have any potential left. Zohore has so much more to offer.

Hope he's not sold at all. Seems like we've got a really settled squad, and if we don't get promoted this season, we can always sell him next summer. Think he will have a good season, so he could be worth more next summer. Keeping hold of him is deffo a risk worth taking
