    People think they are not dangerous. They bloody well are!
    Bacterial infection tracking right up my arm. Never been so glad to have antibiotics ever before.
    I almost had to miss Wolves away FFS.

    What type of spider was it? mine was just a large house spider

    I honestly have no idea but it must have been tarantula like.
    Could have been an Asian hornet but I never heard a sound and was awake it the dark when the bastard got me.
    I jumped out of bed so fast i have no idea where whatever it was went.
    No horseflies or dead anythings to be seen so I think it was a spider.

    They do bite and it can really hurt.

    It does hurt that's for sure

    False Widow is my guess.
    Telltale double bite marks but no certainty.
    Also I am in Jersey as far South in Britain as is possible.

    I am so lucky mine was a house spider.Hope it clears up soon.
