First thing to say is that Geraint is right about the picture for number 28 being Wembley (that's the reason I picked that one, because I thought "how like Wembley is that?" after it came up in my search for The Friendship Stadium, Libreville) - I've replaced that photo with a proper one now).
All of the answers so far are right, except it's not Everton for no. 11 - as Bluebirdman Of Alcathays correctly said, it's Liverpool. 15 isn't Ewood Park and Lormaski is right about no. 23 being Enfield Town's ground.
So, I make it that there's still question nos. 12 (Hoilett is the player, but I'm going to be a pedant and ask for the town/city he was born in, not the province), 15, 22, 25, and 29 to get.

The picture in 22 is of Eye United in Peterborough but O'Keefe is from Eye in Suffolk. Don't upset Mike again, he lost the plot with us last year about this.
