    I used to dread the appointment with the Yellow Pages Sales Rep, they could prise money out of a stone. Awful people to deal with, but a necessary evil before Search Engine Optimisation .

    Pissed me off some years back when they halved the size of the directory, which made my ad half its normal size, and charged me more for the privilege, bastards.
