Well so far, only one country has been demented enough to drop, not one, but two nukes in anger and vaporising a quarter of a million, mainly innocent civilians in the process, so forgive me for being more concerned about what Trump might do next rather than the other loony tune.

I've never quite understood why it's ok for us to have nuclear weapons but not North Korea, who to the best of my knowledge, other than an ongoing scrap with South Korea, have not invaded another country, not sought to impose their values or businesses on another country, or tried to remove the head of state of another country let alone drop a nuke on anyone.

China is the key here.

It's not in China's interests to rush in and sort them out as there'll be 25 million impoverished people coming over their border.

Also, it's a massive oversimplification, but it could be said North Korea only exists because the US attempted a failed show of force.

People and companies are separate legal entities. It's quite common for property companies to go bankrupt as they are setup for specific projects, which can also be speculative in nature.
