Will he? The case is against his former agents and £8m is a lot of money.

There's a BBC link to the case somewhere, can't be arsed finding it at the moment, but it seems to be even more complicated.

One of the ex-agents isn't licensed. So if under the table payments were made by Swansea it would be to an unlicensed agent... poor old Huw.
