Why do i get this message on the interactive seating plan.

It happening on 3 different pc's now, and on one of those the plan was working fine yesterday.
I tried recently and had the same. It doesn't matter what browser you use as well.
It was an issue with Flash, although i had it turned on, it was in setting that i had to be asked to let it run. I switched this off in setting and it worked fine.
I had this problem. Tried loads of browsers on PCs and tablets. Only one that worked was IE on a pc
