Anyone had corticosteroid injections?

I'm not sure if it's the same injection but I had a Frozen Shoulder for about a year.

Eventually they injected into the shoulder joint to " expand the joint " to see if it would help.

The injection kept going for 30 minutes or so until I thought my shoulder would explode and I was wincing
with the pain.

However it did work and ten years later the problem has not returned

With my shoulder I had cortisone, physio and even acupuncture, nothing worked. It took about 18 months until sitting by the pool in Orlando it suddenly went.
