German football generally pisses all over the experience we get here. Not sure why that is, but possibly something to do with the fans owned clubs / cheap season tickets / cheap matchday tickets / strong community based clubs?

Oh, and when we went, the football ticket also got us free train travel to and from the stadium (Fortuna Dusseldorf) which despite being a 2nd tier club, was like a mini Millenium Stadium.
