Thread: Classic away performance from Wednesday...

    Classic away performance from Wednesday...

Fill the middle of the park, don't allow the opposition a look at goal and take your chance when it comes.

Unfortunately City are allowing them to get away with it and the goal should have been dealt with twice

City are not playing that badly but are creating nothing themselves - long ball again to a CF that's really out of confidence

Bryson a bright spot - but need to see Thomlin and Feeney quickly. What's happened to Hoilett and Mendez-Laing?

Forecast at HT : no more goals and 0 - 1

    Whoah! Wednesday must be gutted.

City so fortunate - after two very mediocre performances, it must seem like a win. But at least it gives the manager a result to build on in the way of lifting spirits which appeared to be so low after Tuesday's drubbing.

But there are glaring weaknesses that need to be addressed if the good start to the season is to be continued.

You forgot to mention to get the ref on your side who denied us at least 2 pens from a possible 4

I don't think we were fortunate. We could have scored 2-3 early on the second half. They had one meaningful chance that I can recall and scored from it.

I guess they would be greatly disappointed, just would say there forward line lacks punch or pace ,guess they missed Foresster , they are highly organised and will top the possession table in many games , promotion is a big leap ,they have been like this for a while ?/.
