They can, and people will, but how this helps the consumer is anyone's guess.

Sky was a necessary evil. BT and now Amazon are just a royal pain in the arse.

I don't know, Amazon seem to cater for most of your needs!

Got to say I'm a little bit underwhelmed with the content.

I've watched Sneaky Pete which I enjoyed, Preacher which was a bit hit and miss, a few films and a documentary or two but not sure why I should be paying extra to access stuff when I'm already paying a subscription.

I'll stick with it because I'll order loads of Christmas presents from Amazon and benefit from free delivery but I think I'll ditch it after Christmas and have a look at Netflix instead.

get yourself one of the KODI boxes brother

Unless Amazon decide to go balls-deep into this and buy it all. Sky would implode. They'd have to offer 90% off Sky Sports to keep any customers. Murdoch's ticker would probably give out. The people would rejoice.

Not as much as Jerry Hall, she's getting through mouthwash like no-one's business.

    Feck off Murdoch.
