Individual brilliance swings it for City

I thought Leeds looked ominously strong in the opening minutes - until two of their players collapsed under the pressure.

Our unfamiliar midfield of Bamba, Bryson and Damour worked hard and nullified the Leeds threat. But it was the individual brilliance of Hoillet, Zohore and M-Laing that produced the decisive moves that resulted in goals - Zohore being there when it mattered, Junior's wonderful shot and M-Laings speed which drew the scything foul which reduced Leeds to ten men.

Our back four were steady and tackled well.

I haven't been convinced by Etheridge, but he pulled off a brilliant one-handed save when an attacker was one-on-one and then saved the following shot with his feet.

It was a shame Leeds had a man sent off. It affected the game as we lost our cutting urgency.

They were able to pass it round very nicely on occasions, when we let them. As soon as we put any pressure on them, they fell apart like a cheap Chinese watch. I'd still say Sheff Utd are the best team to visit CCS so far this season.

Thought we was to professional in the second half and should've buried them
