I took the Mrs to her first City game last night (shes English)
in fact it was her first ever time going to a footie match in her 49 years
she pointed out to me that most of the Cardiff players are black
and its nice that no one cares and its how it should be
I said to her I told you I'm not the only one here
"your brown not black" was her response
she enjoyed men of harlec being sung
told me next time she would like to go in the canton end (we was lower grandstand canton end side)
the drive back to Kent was very enjoyable

I personally think it's a progressive.
If I were manager and my best players were black, I'd play them all as my starting 11.
Equally, I'd make no bones about playing all white boys if they were my best.
I also think this should apply to all sections of employment. It should be the best person for the job rather than 'filling quotas'.
