We said the long season would take it's toll, bad news for Jazz, City and Wales that.
    Hope Connolly is keeping fit.

He was on the bench on Tuesday, so looks like he's fit!

He was with the bench on Tuesday - but not 'on the bench'. He wasn't one of the named substitutes but was sitting with/behind them (maybe a few others outside the 18 there too?) and came down to the pitch-side at the final whistle. I don't think that means his ankle is OK, and I assume what Warnock said about surgery (similar to Kadeem) and 2-3 months out still stands.

What confused me more was the 'Training Goals' clip posted on iPlayer yesterday which seemed to show Jazz involved in the session. My guess is that older footage was cut into the piece, but maybe he was on the grass but not doing much?

    Ah, OK - my mistake.

Good that Connolly is fit and back in the mix, but still odd that Jazz appeared in the Training Goals clip isn't it?

Maybe he thought it wasn't that bad, played on it and then felt it, they've looked into it and he needs the op? Is a bit odd though.

Jazz has been very unlucky with injuries since he joined us?

I was thinking of Connolly the other day, that he could yet play a key role this campaign in the longer term.
