I think he's been a fabulous loyal player, rarely let's you down , even when not being picked for long periods he still stays fit and ready to play, and delivers steady reliable performances when called upon .

I would not know much about Big bens season tbh other than he was suspended when we played them in the league and he was capt of the burton team who were the first to beat us this season and knocked us out the cup

Big Ben has been on the winning team just once in the league this season and on the wrong end of a couple of thrashings from Leeds and Villa.

He was so poor against Villa he was put out of his misery by Our Nige after 48 minutes.

Back to Matt Conolly, good squad player to have, served us well but he's now clearly 4th choice centre half and 3rd choice full back.
Morrison and Bemba have been superb so far this season and Bamba, when fully concentrated like he was Tuesday night looks a great player at this level.
