The good thing is you can't get higher than top.

Not so sure they can be consistent.

They hit massive highs and lows last season.

Hugely expectant fans putting pressure on.

Game v Wolves will be a good test.

Villa are on a good run but their last 4 games have been Bolton, Burton, Barnsley and Forest. Wolves and Fulham next so we'll see what they're made of against top-10 teams.

    Fair play, it's interesting though.

I'm spending far too much time watching Championship football on TV these days

The wurzels have got the title wrapped up if they keep on getting two goals from big deflections. like they did on Saturday, in every match.

Still think Villa might have a soft under belly - until they prove otherwise, their wins at Barnsley and Burton look flat track bullyish to me.

They were apparently in melt down...now they're 5 points off top.

I wouldnt bet against them now. John Terry playing against teams like Burton etc...

    Yes sure.
Let's just ignore that Bobby Reid rattled the crossbar as well or we dominated the game.

"Let's be honest though, they were better than us. They are a good side"
    - Mick McCarthy

But if you want to go on thinking it's all just pure luck and deflections, good luck to you.

Yes you had 47% possession. Sounds pretty dominant. Mind, you thrashed them on corners - 4 to 1

Sounds like it's going great. Just as well those eejits who wanted your manager get sacked didn't get their own way.

Aren't they due to have their annual implosion about now?

9 points from 6 games. You won't be saying that for much longer.

You've done some research (albeit minimal) then to make a judgement how precarious our position is.

Do you think that Bristol City will be above Cardiff when we next meet?
