Anyone who knows henley will tell you it is a place populated by Chavs, the feckless, and people trying to cause trouble. The "Regatta" crowd wouldn't be seen dead there outside regatta time and certainly never at night.
i have drunk in some of the roughest pubs in the east end of London and I felt less at risk there than in Henley on a saturday night.
