Martin was ref for the Preston debacle last season, but also for Derby away whoch we won 4-3, so even Stephens.

Can forgive him for Preston last year as every year we play up there it’s a debacle.

Cardiff are again likely to be without Kenneth Zohore and Aron Gunnarsson for the Sky Bet Championship home game with Millwall.

Striker Zohore and midfielder Gunnarsson both missed last weekend's 1-0 victory at Middlesbrough with ankle injuries. The pair have returned to light training, but Bluebirds boss Neil Warnock is reluctant to rush them back and Cardiff could be unchanged after their Riverside win.

Goalkeeper Lee Camp's return has been delayed by three weeks after he pulled a thigh muscle just as knee and groin issues had cleared up.

Millwall's Steve Morison is fit to start after returning in last week's 2-0 defeat of Birmingham. His availability means manager Neil Harris a near-fully-fit squad from which to choose.

His only absentees are Shaun Williams and Byron Webster, who will respectively be missing until Christmas and the end of the season, both owing to knee injuries. The Lions are chasing their first away win of the season.

    Opta stats

There have been just four goals scored in the last six league meetings between Cardiff (3) and Millwall (1).

The Lions have failed to score in five of those six league clashes with the Bluebirds, while also keeping four clean sheets in the process.

Cardiff are unbeaten in their last five home league matches against Millwall (W2 D3), after losing back to back games between 2003-2005.

Millwall haven't lost any of their last 10 matches in all competitions against sides called City (W5 D5).

Cardiff have made the highest percentage of their passes in attacking third of the pitch in the Championship this season (48%) - Millwall have made the second highest (44%).

The Lions have failed to score in five of their last six away league games.

Decent firm of around 400 pitching their tents up outside the Castle as we speak. Spotted some Den Haag and Tank the Yoof in amongst them, sporting his new Paaaraadaaa sweater.

Think they're going to come and park the bus. Have to start Tomlin, only one who can unlock a defense with his creativity.

Re: CARDIFF CITY v MILLWALL. Match thread

This game has 0-0 written all over it. Let's hope we can find some creativity from somewhere to unlock their defence. Wardy is going to need to step up today if we hope to win - and perhaps Tomlin too...

Agreed. Wardy and Tommers will be key today.

I've only seen the second half on a stream as I've had work to do and it's been absolutely abysmal.

You should try listening to it with my daughter talking to her friend on the phone over the top of the radio, it can get worse believe me.

Is it me or is the state of refereeing in the Championship bloody abysmal?

Maybe not the worst ever but sounds pretty poor, not helped by some dire refereeing it seems!

Not one to complain about ref, but this one has been disgraceful.

Re: CARDIFF CITY v MILLWALL. Match thread

Since Bogle has been on the pitch the ref has been on a mission to ensure that every decision goes against him. He just can't catch a break.

Very lacklustre second half compared to a first half where Cardiff created some good opportunities.

That one where he was pushed over by the corner flag was ridiculous.

Shocking refereeing, worst I've seen in a long time (being a referee I try not to criticise). He got two against Bogle & Ralls yellow card wrong.

Having said that, no goals from open play in 4 matches is not a good sign!

Awful game made worse by the ref.

Will be interested to why Tomlin's goal was ruled out.......high boot would be the cop out?
