    Bogle

Is it Bow-gle or Boh-gle. If the latter, shouldn’t it be Boggle, like the game? (Boggle)

Harsh that. Both good options. Thought bogle benefited from having Tomlin in behind him.

Thought Bogle showed some decent touches lacks a bit of pace, when chasing down , must be pleased with his game tonight ,not a Zohore though yet .

Absolutely. That wasn't particularly knocking Danny Ward btw, more of an appraisal of Bogle.

Bogle is work in progress he was off side so many times tonight he cant run the line first touch in the first half was very poor for me.

I thought his touch in the second half was very good - possibly because of the confidence built up by a well-taken goal. I'd like to see how well he can head a ball.

Only in comparison with Ken ,just felt he slowed up at times rather than pressuring the defenders . Other than that he was a revelation

You were right in your initial post - Boggle is not particularly fast, Wigan fans said this too. I'm not saying he's a slouch, however, he doesn't have terrific pace. He doesn't have the strength of Zahore either, what he does do is get himself into good positions and knows how to finish.

He can be pleased with that performance. Big chance for him at the City. He has got all the basics. I look forward to seeing him develop with more hard work and the odd bit of luck.

Great attitude too. Hopefully he bags a few against Bristol.

I thought that about him. Seems bang up for it and down to earth. Good stuff.

    What trick!

Scores a goal, sent off and now 'Bogle' just been on Pointless.
Yeah it's true, apparently a northern sprite.
