    Of course he was, but do you really think malky spent £8 million on him and gave him the number 9 shirt for him to make a few cameos ?

    If Tan had been more supportive instead of using him as the public scapegoat, then it would also have helped.

    His form before and after seems to contradict that. And he's still only 24. Let's see how he does in the World Cup.
