To be fair it was only against Everton.
Still, I’m sure it will give a certain aUtHor enough ammo to bash Tan for the rest of the week, possibly two.
'Ginge',unfortunately, has a recurring injury problem, which is a shame, as he could have / should have captained HIS country a lot more.
Collins has never "turned his back on his country", so that's quite a pathetic statement really, and should be retracted immediately.

With that attitude it’s no wonder he had to play second fiddle. That’s not the behaviour of a captain.
If you are captain of your country then you cant have the attitude displayed by Ginge. He has every right to be dissapointed by nbot being in the squad of course, but sulking, thats unproffesional. Colemans actions were justified as he was obviously dropped in the first place for his attitude, not his ability.
When you compare that attitude to that of England captains such as David Beckham, and Wayne Rooney, both of whom were dropped and forced their way back into squads admirably, not to mention the dogs abuse they received off some sections of the fans and media, then you cant possibly make a case for Ginge being an international captain.
Ashley Williams, an Englishman, has been far more commited to the Welsh cause than a so-called Welshman, Collins has been over the years.
Collins dropped out of squads constantly.

Obviously Collins, like myself, didn't rate Coleman as a manager, or a man, and that may have been a factor.
The way Collins plays, he was always liable to aggravate his injurys, and some players struggle to play two games in a few days, a bit like Giggs. That said, neither player ever missed an important game for Wales, just friendlies and 'dead rubbers'.
Collins is a proud Welshmen, and obviously wanted to play as much as possible, he said so himself:
"I am obviously gutted to miss out for Wales because I want to play every game if I can.”
Maybe he was just lying?
So Malky was right, he was one for the future.
Of course he was, but do you really think malky spent £8 million on him and gave him the number 9 shirt for him to make a few cameos ?
Malky rolled the dice and lost on that one, then tried to cover his arse by saying it was a signing for the future.
If we had played to his strengths and he hadn't have been injured then who knows it could have worked out differently
