Did well at Scunny and again at Southampton (although he had one hell of a side for League One and the Championship).
Reading not so much but I do like him. Hope he gets off to a slow start mind.

Was a goalkeeper in his playing days. His name used to be linked with quite a few decent jobs.

From what I remember was harsh to let him go from soton he did very well there.
Good manager. Can see a tough game for us.
