it would be easy to pick Messi but he didn't win the trophies and didn't score against juventus twice so that apparently puts him out of the question honestly watching real Madrid I thought Marcelo was their best player but he's a defender so has no chance in this day and age Harry Kane finishing 10th is also a joke
And a hat trick in the semi against Atletico, 5 (hat trick and a double) in the quarter finals against Bayern.
Ive seen some ridiculous arguments against Ronaldo because people dont like him but this one takes the piss.
He led Madrid to La Liga and Champions League honours, scoring an obscene amount of goals in the toughest, biggest games of the season. A more deserving winner of a Ballon D'or you could not wish to find.

Definitely deserved it. It was 4-1 Messi at one point, and he's pulled it back to 5-5. I prefer Messi but you cannot knock cristiano. One of the greatest of all time.
Obviously the only stat that matters to you is scoring goals.
If you've actually watched any Real Madrid games this season then you will see that Ronaldo looks more of the pace than Alex Revell!
Against Nicosia Real Madrid went 4-0 up at half time without Ronaldo scoring then proceeded to pass the ball to him at every opportunity just to enhance his bruised ego as is the case with him these days.
It's pathetic and goes against the grain of everything I have learned about football.
He is missing chance after chance for Real in La Liga but for some reason the players keep feeding him when other players are in better positions amd this has been to the detriment of his team.
If someone else scores he is never happy. He is like a pathetic school kid.
