Surely, the satisfaction of knowing you're right on both counts is enough?

Well done Rob, I thought that might be tough without the normal crossword hint of how many letters were involved.

Well done, it is Kelly - the photo was taken when he was on loan at Bath in 15/16.

Was I right or wrong? Save me the trouble of going up in the loft to check the programme(sp)

It took me a while because he looks so stocky in that pic.

Milne didn't play according to the reference material I looked at - the team was

Swan, Harrington, Stitfall, Hole, Rankmore, Baker McIntosh, Tapscott, Mel Charles, Durban and Hooper.

I’ll check in John Crooks’s book and then have a look at the programme Up in the loft.....I’ve got every City home programme from 1959/60 to 2005/6 apart from 6 Welsh Cup games..... I got fed up in 2006 they were so thick took up too much space. I’ve got hundreds of aways as well

You can't rely on the programme due rot last mi ute changes. Mind you Crooks' book is not correct for everything either, nor Shepherd's (in fact his is worse). But Stitfall did play that day.
