I've just checked and we were 6th
The memory isn't as reliable as it used to be.
Maybe that seemed like a poor league season at the time after the DJ years

Be fair it was a great result for Bristol and nice to see that a championship team can mix with the big boys.Now the dust has settled they realise that have a no win tie against Man City with all the build and energy that will take out of them,coming back down to earth in the league will be difficult.I have a feeling we will be saying in the weeks to come that they were never the same after beating united.
But in the meantime they can enjoy the win while we just get on with things.
