    Gordon Taylor, on the front bench, is the union man. Bob Hatton, without the tash, is next to Lee. Hatton and Taylor also played together for Birmingham City.

    70's - bit of a punt on Don Murray & Peter Reid. City played in yellow shorts due to colour clash.

    No, the City player was a forward and the Bolton one a defender. You're right about the yellow shorts, but Bolton played in their normal colours, so I don't see what the colour clash was - I reckoned someone cocked up.

    The 70s sendings off answer is Warwick Rimmer and Gil Reece.

    The 80s is Barry Cowdrill, a cryptic clue setter's dream.

    The 90s is Paul Comstive and I reckon there are two answers for the 10s unless I'm missing something.
