Can I use leftover cooked beef to make a curry?

Got half a silverside already cooked up from yesterday but wanted to know if I can chop it up and put into a curry mix and cook the meat again with the spices? Can't find anything online to say I can

Just chop it up and put it in at the end to warm through thoroughly. I wouldn't fry it with the onion n spice. Won't go dry that way. You can't really go wrong whatever you do in fairness. It's already cooked.

    Natch.
I often use leftover beef/pork/chicken etc in a curry.

Depends. If you're making a lamb or chicken curry, I wouldn't.

From recollection, a great thing to do with left over already cooked beef (other than delicious sandwiches for daaays, because it keeps well) is to mince it up and make Cottage Pie.

I have not. I think I've only been to GSS two or three times in my life. I just never have cause to go there.
