I'd take a gamble if we only need to pay 25% of his wages

Can’t see Villa loaning him to rival and paying 75% of his wage!

There is a rumour doing the rounds and yes Villa would let him go for free to get him off their books. He missed training in Australia as well. What a waste and if it does happen surely the other waste of space Tomln will have to feck off.

I wouldn't imagine but I think they would let him go cheaply but I would hate to think how much he's on

Forest were paying 30k per week when they had him on loan and that wasn’t all of his wage!!

Steve Bruce thinks he's a disgrace. McCormak missed training a few times. Blamed his electric gates not opening on one of them I seem to remember. He will most likely be off. He's gonna have to take a pay cut I would imagine or Villa chip in unless he just trains with the kids and plays the odd u23 game. Another wayward talent it seems.

He's a had a decent career. Despite his off the field difficulties. But now it has to be over. I wouldn't touch him with a barge pole.

He won't take a pay cut, he'll just get paid off by Villa. He's on 50k a week for the next 2 and a half seasons. We've also got 1 overweight attacking mid/striker so I don't think we need another.

    Re: Ross McCormack

I mentioned Bellers in a recent post, yes it was tongue-in-cheek

    Re: Ross McCormack

A proven scorer, but he's 31 now and has had his issues. He'd be on big wages and I wouldn't want to see him here. I'd rather we signed Jerome.
