The 31 year old winger has made three starts (in 13 appearances) this season on loan from Blackburn.
Feeney was originally signed until January but that has been extended until the end of the season. He is eligable to face Mansfield at CCS in the FA Cup on Saturday.
Feeney adds a body to the squad but to be fair he hasn't added much to City's attacking options. He needs to improve to justify the faith placed in him by Neil Warnock.

The likes of Feeney at this point of our development are the right fit, he will come and do a job , it's only when you have consistant success , you get a better skilled and competitive bench , that would squeeze the likes of Feeney's and Halfords of the squad .
Feeney can’t even get a start against a Division 2 club in the Cup, what a waste of money!
